1. Payment Terms
To begin any project, clients are required to provide the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project details
- Any relevant files or documents
This information helps us understand your requirements and deliver the best possible service.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used strictly for:
- Project communication
- Understanding your requirements
- Delivering design services effectively
We do not share your personal information with third parties.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of design services:
- No refunds will be issued once work has started
- Partial refunds may be considered if the project has not significantly progressed
- Completed or delivered work is strictly non-refundable
4. Revisions & Changes
- Initial revisions are included in the project scope
- Any major changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges
5. Project Cancellation
- If the client cancels after work has begun → No refund will be issued for completed work
- If FrameFlux cancels the project → A partial refund will be provided based on the amount of work completed
